Workflow

  1. Choose the appropriate drawing tools (bonds, wedges, rings) and place atoms; use the element picker to change atom types.
  2. Use the select tool to move/rotate fragments; erase to clean up stray atoms or bonds.
  3. Load an existing structure or start fresh, then refine directly in the canvas.
